2024 - Present | Lead Product Designer
The Comm program enables managers and their teams to track stats, send communication up and down comm lines (the workplace hierarchy), create formulas on how to improve, view reports from individual to team and above, as well as making requests (CSWs) and Orders.

Overview
Around the middle of 2024, I was made the Lead Designer for the Comm Program.
My role and responsibilities:
Take over as the Lead Designer
Continue working on the designs needed to push the project through launch
Co-Create the training material to lauch with the program
Conduct Post-Launch Testing
Research and Design features needed to enable licensing of the product to other companies
